LATEST MEETING MINUTES
The Chamber meets regularly at noon on the first Wednesday of every month. Meetings are held at Sycamore Creek Church, 105 N. Church St., unless otherwise noted. Due to the pandemic, we met less frequently during spring and summer of 2020. Minutes are taken at every meeting and can be found below.
COMMUNITY NEWS & EVENTS
Potterville Community Food Bank - Held at Sycamore Creek Church (105 N. Church St.) on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, from 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Baked goods and bread are available on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, from 10:30 am-4:00 pm. The food pantry is open to eligible Potterville residents, and the baked goods are available to anyone.

Support the Christmas Stocking Program from Benton Township Fire Department - Each year, the Benton Township Fire Department provides a Christmas Stocking to each child in the City of Potterville and Benton Township. Community support and contributions make this program possible. If you wish to make a donation, please drop it off at the Fire Station.
The Hope Tree Program & Christmas Baskets- If your family or anyone you know needs help this Christmas, check out the Hope Tree. The Hope Tree is all about neighbors helping neighbors and making sure that every child experiences the joy and magic of Christmas. Potterville Gives Back & Potterville Straight Up are working together to provide Christmas Baskets for families needing help with food during the holidays. Just apply using this form and let us know what the specific needs are:

Find the latest news on Gizzard Fest and more. Save the date for our 2021 Festival! The Chamber is partnering with the city to bring back this annual event. The dates Gizzard Fest 2021 are Friday-Saturday, June 11 & 12. To learn more, visit www.gizzardfest.org.
Potterville Free Meals for Kids - Potterville Public Schools will be providing meals for anyone ages 18 and under while schools are closed during the “state of emergency.”

Again, all meals are FREE for ALL children 18 years old and under.
We will be expanding our service to now include two options: (1) School Pick Up or (2) Delivery through Dean Transportation. In order to receive the meals either the student or an adult must be present at time of delivery. Both options will be provided between 10:00am-12:00pm on Tuesdays and Fridays.
We are asking everyone to complete the online survey (link below) so that we can properly determine the quantity of food needed for our community.
